Silicon Single Crystal Grower

Process and quality were checked by three-dimensional test, thus ensuring the normal operation of equipment and stability of the production quality of the product.

  1. The entire system uses automatic alarm system and the secondary pressure relief device to ensure the safety of equipment.
  2. Use UPS emergency power supply when blackout and water shortage occurs, extracting the crystal automatically to minimize the loss of customers.
  3. AC power supply unit use high-precision CPU control panel to conduct an independent control in the electrical control system.
  4. All three-phase AC servo motors use encoder as feedback, higher than the accuracy of the tachometer generator.
  5. Use high-speed microprocessors, dynamic testing, high-speed response for process control testing and components processing.
  6. The voltage, current, power, temperature, casting speed and argon flow data and its changes during the operation can be record in electronic documents to facilitate the analysis of parameters and improve the process, and it can achieve production records management.
Multi Crystalline Grower

Combined with a variety of modern technology, the whole process realized automatic control and data exchange. The main features are as follows:

  1. If you have more than one poly crystal grower, then touch screen ,industrial PC, PLC software can be copied between each other. Therefore, if a poly crystal grower gets wrong, it can be copied from others. This not only solved the problem of package damaged or lost, but also solved that the set-up data package of poly crystal grower can be used with other growers, it avoids repeated debugging work. So the stability of the grower was ensured during the growth of poly crystal, more importantly, the consistency of product quality was ensured.
  2. In order to respond to instant blackout, poly crystal grower is equipped with a single-phase industrial frequency UPS units to protect the computer and procedures for damage caused due to an external power blackout for the entire control system .The automatic operation of equipment reduced the operating intensity and duration during emergency circumstances.
  3. In the electrical control system, AC power supply units use high-precision CPU control panel to conduct independent control.

  5. Use high-speed microprocessors, dynamic testing and high-speed response during process control testing and components processing.

The entire system uses well-known Japanese PLC brand through fiber-optic Ethernet communication. Ensure high-speed operation of equipment and improve equipment reliability.
